Payment, Subscriptions and Refunds v1.1

1. Payment and Billing

You can only access the paid features of the service using our tokens. You can purchase individual token packages. Such purchases are available through the "In-App Purchases" option.

BlinkStory reserves the right to price the service. BlinkStory will make reasonable efforts to ensure that price information on the service platform remains up-to-date. We recommend that you check our service platform regularly for the latest price information.

You authorize BlinkStory to collect payment for all orders you place and any service levels you choose, in accordance with these Terms. All purchase payments (regardless of amount) are processed by the third-party service from which you purchase the goods. You can view the applicable "In-App Purchase" rules and policies directly within the third-party service.

If you are not registered for the service and/or not logged into your account, you may lose all your tokens after resetting your device. If you are not registered and/or not logged into your account, please do not reset your device to avoid losing your tokens.

2. No refunds

Unless otherwise stipulated by applicable law, all purchases made through this service are final transactions, as detailed in the Terms of Service regarding token purchases and users' reading rights.

If you purchased using an Apple ID, refunds will be processed by Apple, not us. Your purchase will be subject to Apple's applicable payment policies, which may also preclude refunds.

If you purchased using Google Play, refunds will be processed by Google, not us. Your purchase will be subject to Google's applicable payment policies, which may also preclude refunds.

3. Special Offers

BlinkStory may offer promotions with varying features and prices to all BlinkStory users. BlinkStory may, at its sole discretion, limit these offers to specific users or non-user groups.

4. User Representation

By using this Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to act and agree to be bound by these Terms;
• You may not access this Service through automated or non-human means (whether through bots, scripts, or otherwise);
• You may not use this Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
• You are not subject to sanctions by the United Nations Security Council, the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and/or your country of citizenship or nationality, and you are not in any country subject to such sanctions, nor are you a state designated by the United Nations, the United States, the United Kingdom, and/or the European Union as a sponsor of terrorism;
• Your use of this Service will not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

If any information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, we reserve the right to refuse your current or future use of this Service (or any part thereof).
